Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our wholesale support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the specific SKU quantities you wish to return.

  Receive Return Authorization

  Once approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions to our warehouse.

  Secure Packaging

  Pack the LED fixtures in their original factory packaging with all internal buffers and accessories included to prevent transit damage.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned units, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
